Description

  • Build and own the JTX client across web and mobile.
  • Ship real-time trading interfaces, including order books, charts, order entry, positions, and execution visibility.
  • Optimize latency and rendering performance for streaming market data.
  • Decide what logic belongs on the client versus the server.
  • Build wallet and signing flows, including self-custodial and embedded wallet onboarding.
  • Own shared component, state, and data layers used by the broader product team.
  • Make architectural decisions that remain sound as the codebase, team, and user base scale.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and infrastructure partners.
  • Ship quickly, review real user feedback, and iterate on the product.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building production frontend software, including real-time, data-dense, or financial products.
  • Deep experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Experience with mobile development, such as React Native, Expo, or native iOS and Android.
  • Strong understanding of browser performance, memory usage, WebSockets, and network behavior under load.
  • Security-first instincts around signing flows, key handling, and logging sensitive data.
  • Comfort working in a live codebase and refactoring without interrupting shipping.
  • Ability to evaluate business and engineering tradeoffs and explain complex topics clearly.
  • Experience with trading terminals, exchange or brokerage frontends, or consumer fintech at scale (preferred).
  • Experience with charting, time series, or high-frequency data visualization such as canvas or WebGL (preferred).
  • Experience with Solana or EVM app development, wallet integrations, or transaction signing (preferred).
  • Experience maintaining a public TypeScript library or design system (preferred).
