Description

  • Ship AI product features that combine software engineering and machine learning.
  • Build and improve agent workflows, including tooling, retries, guardrails, and fallbacks.
  • Improve the latency, cost, and reliability of production systems.
  • Track new developments in the AI ecosystem and turn them into shipped products.
  • Build self-improving loops that run experiments, learn from feedback and evals, and improve the product over time.
  • Own outcomes end to end with a strong focus on delivery and measurement.

Requirements

  • Strong grounding in engineering or machine learning.
  • Experience shipping real systems, not just demos or prototypes.
  • Experience building software with LLMs, including structured outputs, function calling, tool use, and reliability work.
  • Experience building agents with multi-step workflows, state management, and failure handling.
  • Experience setting up evals, tests, regression checks, or eval harnesses to track quality.
  • Comfort with moving fast, iterating, and owning outcomes end to end.
