Description

  • Work closely with JetBrains Account Executives to support customer accounts.
  • Help customers adopt JetBrains products and services to achieve business outcomes.
  • Provide whiteboarding, architecture support, and guidance to overcome technical and cultural adoption barriers.
  • Manage technical relationships across a portfolio of accounts.
  • Partner with account team members to define and implement account strategies.
  • Act as the customer advocate within JetBrains to Support, Product Engineering, and other internal teams.
  • Recommend product enhancements based on customer feedback and direct experience.
  • Help product teams present and evaluate new product ideas to customers.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and stay current on technology trends.
  • Work with Sales to develop short-term and long-term account plans that support expansions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical consulting, technical customer success, or another customer-facing technical role.
  • Extensive experience in software development, QA, IT, DevOps, ML, or a related IT field.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI/LLMs in the context of software development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language of the office.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for demonstrating products to customers.
  • Ability to quickly identify and address technical and business challenges related to software development tooling.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to customers with varying levels of technical background.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in or with large software development teams.
  • Collaborative, team-focused mindset with initiative, self-direction, and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
