Description

  • Lead an engineering team with varied experience, with a focus on integrating AI into existing products and building new AI-powered offerings.
  • Collaborate with product managers, ML engineers, QA engineers, stakeholders, and senior developers to shape and deliver the roadmap.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap and participate in feature design.
  • Refine team processes and culture to improve delivery and agility.
  • Work hands-on on technical tasks and software architecture while coaching the team.
  • Rapidly absorb complex technical information and work deeply in mature codebases.
  • Coach team members on technical and soft skills and provide regular feedback to support growth.

Requirements

  • Substantial previous experience with C++.
  • Experience leading a development team.
  • Strong interest and up-to-date knowledge of AI technologies used in software development tooling.
  • Familiarity with how AI agents work under the hood.
  • Proven experience joining mature teams and making a major impact as an individual contributor or team lead.
  • Proven track record of proposing and implementing effective solutions to complex technical problems without reducing quality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both managers and peers.
  • Clear understanding of product management and its role in the development life cycle.
