Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems deployed in cloud environments.
  • Build and maintain APIs and backend services for transactional and scalable systems.
  • Work across the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute to asynchronous systems and message-queue-based integrations.
  • Support engineering practices focused on scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of work and operate autonomously in ambiguous environments.
  • Help improve engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong experience with .NET or Rust.
  • Experience building scalable or transactional backend systems.
  • Experience designing and building APIs.
  • Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with asynchronous systems and message queues.
  • Experience working with AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes.
  • Experience across the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Experience with unit and integration testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
  • Ownership mindset with end-to-end responsibility.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate in distributed teams.
  • Experience in blockchain or crypto systems is a plus.
  • Experience with financial platforms or custody systems is a plus.
  • Interest in emerging technologies is a plus.
  • Experience improving engineering standards and best practices is a plus.
