Description

Work with the head of DevOps and broader DevOps teams to define and implement DevOps strategy and best practices.
Design systems and establish reusable patterns that can be leveraged across multiple SaaS products.
Help product teams standardize their SDLC processes and improve consistency across products.
Build tooling to automate security requirements and support compliance with certifications.
Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards for builds and deployments.
Identify process bottlenecks and propose or lead improvement projects.
Lead technical discussions and code reviews to help upskill the wider team.
Present technical updates and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience in a senior or staff-level DevOps or similar technical leadership role.
Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure definition and state-based deployments.
Strong experience with Azure and Azure cloud services.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container-based workloads, including ingress, namespaces, volumes, and AKS/EKS abstractions.
Experience with GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines.
Experience with New Relic or similar monitoring tools for application and deployment observability.
Ability to support secure, stable SaaS releases at scale.
Experience consolidating or migrating pipelines from tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo is preferred.
Experience working with cloud infrastructure patterns that enable self-service for engineering teams is preferred.
