Description

  • Assess the security of applications, networks, and systems by simulating cyberattacks.
  • Manage disclosure programs and support penetration testing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and resolve vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain communication channels with the security research community to promote the responsible disclosure program.
  • Receive and triage vulnerability reports from external researchers across email, web forms, and bug bounty platforms.
  • Assess the severity and impact of reported vulnerabilities with internal security teams.
  • Coordinate communication between researchers and stakeholders such as development, IT operations, and product teams.
  • Track vulnerability remediation progress and ensure issues are addressed within agreed timelines.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
  • Experience managing a responsible disclosure program (VDP) and bug bounty program.
  • CEH, OSCP, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and web applications.
  • Proficiency with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, and Burp Suite.
  • Knowledge of common cybersecurity threats and attack vectors.
