Description

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on architecture reviews, tabletop exercises, and assessments in industrial environments.
  • Perform documentation review, gap analysis, site walk-downs, and network/host data collection and analysis.
  • Deliver findings and recommendations documents and present results to customers.
  • Address customer questions during engagement debriefs and presentations.
  • Turn customer engagement insights into research and innovation projects to advance Dragos technology.
  • Analyze PCAP and other data to produce protocol dissectors, characterizations, and analytics.
  • Convert customer insights into content for the Dragos customer training program.
  • Create and facilitate tabletop exercises tailored to customer infrastructures and environments.
  • Participate in tabletop exercises to demonstrate Dragos capabilities and help customers prepare for real-world attacks.
  • Support pre-sales efforts by providing technical guidance for scopes of work.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with ICS/OT systems.
  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems, devices, instrumentation, and communications protocols.
  • Experience in industries such as electric, oil and gas, chemical, manufacturing, utilities, or other critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly through formal education, self-study, or mentorship.
  • Interest in staying current on OT, cybersecurity, and industrial sector trends.
  • Experience with technical writing in a professional environment.
  • Familiarity with the broader cybersecurity landscape, including SIEM/SOAR, endpoint security, managed services, threat detection, and network monitoring solutions.
  • Familiarity with system administration, networking, operating system hardening, and remote access techniques for assessing client environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate across distributed teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
  • All new hires must pass a background check as a condition of employment.
