Description

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs across new and evolving markets.
  • Create persuasive, value-based solution messaging and positioning at the product and solution level.
  • Produce customer-facing marketing assets such as battlecards, win/loss analyses, market trend reports, presentations, blogs, data sheets, and white papers.
  • Support and execute cross-functional go-to-market plans and product launches with product, sales, and demand-generation teams.
  • Partner with sales enablement to educate and empower sales and partner networks.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, report results, and model potential impacts of change.
  • Translate and refine highly technical content for less-technical audiences to ensure clear customer communication.
  • Leverage research, competitive intelligence, and AI/productivity tools to inform marketing strategy and asset development.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing in technical categories or relevant adjacent roles.
  • Proven experience establishing a clear understanding of customer needs and buyer personas.
  • Experience developing solution positioning and messaging across channels (product web pages, blog posts, data sheets, white papers).
  • Experience researching and articulating competitive positioning and producing competitive intelligence.
  • Proven ability to create compelling marketing assets and execute go-to-market activities.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional product launches and GTM processes.
  • Strong persuasive written, verbal, and presentation skills (examples required).
  • Ability to understand and simplify highly technical content for non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable using data, reporting, research methods, and AI productivity tools to inform product and marketing decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, ability to prioritize tasks, negotiate deadlines, and monitor/track progress.
