Description

  • Shape complex opportunities end-to-end from early exploration through signed contracts.
  • Lead and run client discovery workshops to define problem statements and align business context with architectural decisions.
  • Own high-level solution design and coordinate input from architects, engineers, and subject-matter experts.
  • Partner with Sales to build a coherent value story, approach, roadmap, and commercial model for deals.
  • Define delivery assumptions, team composition, timelines, effort estimates, and economic boundaries for engagements.
  • Lead solution, feasibility, and risk reviews for high-impact deals and push back on weak or unprofitable requirements.
  • Ensure proposals meet internal profitability expectations and maintain high scoping accuracy.
  • Build, document, and improve presales processes, standards, templates, and qualification frameworks, and support smooth handovers to Delivery and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in solution consulting, presales, or solution architecture for software, data, or AI engineering services.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, data platforms, and AI/ML solution patterns.
  • Proven experience leading discovery workshops with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate client needs into clear problem statements, solution hypotheses, scope boundaries, assumptions, dependencies, delivery models, and resource plans.
  • Fluency in pricing models, margin logic, and deal economics and experience shaping profitable services engagements (not SaaS/product sales).
  • Experience contributing to proposal development, value narratives, and client-facing pitch materials.
  • Ability to evaluate feasibility, conduct risk reviews, and protect deal integrity by pushing back on weak requirements.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, including presenting to C-level executives and coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, SMEs).
  • Experience establishing presales processes, standards, and best practices; high ownership mindset; English level: C2.
