Description

  • Review clinical session notes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Ensure documentation meets insurance billing standards.
  • Identify errors, missing information, and inconsistencies in clinical records.
  • Provide clear, professional, and constructive feedback to clinicians.
  • Track corrected documentation and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Maintain organized records of quality reviews.
  • Support users of clinical software in a non-IT capacity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clinical staff to resolve documentation issues.

Requirements

  • High attention to detail with a precise, structured approach.
  • Strong quality assurance mindset focused on accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work comfortably with systems and technology.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Professional, pleasant, and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workflow effectively.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and Outlook.
  • Experience reviewing session notes in any industry is a plus.
  • Experience in QA, auditing, compliance, admin review, or documentation control is advantageous.
  • ABA experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Must be able to work Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM–12:00 AM South African Time), with possible variations.
  • Must have a fixed fibre internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload/download and a wired Ethernet connection.
  • Must have a reliable power backup solution for load shedding.
  • Must be available to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays.
