Description

  • Support healthcare compliance, documentation, verification, or credentialing workflows for U.S.-based client teams.
  • Manage multiple cases, follow up consistently, and keep work moving within strict turnaround times.
  • Work in structured, process-driven environments with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Use portals, tracking sheets, or electronic systems to maintain records and track progress.
  • Communicate clearly in written and verbal English with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Support provider, insurance, clinical, or therapy administration processes as needed.
  • Work aligned to U.S. business hours, including afternoon or evening shifts in South Africa when required.
  • Work across remote operations with accountability for timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in healthcare administration, compliance, or documentation verification.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict turnaround times.
  • Experience using portals, tracking sheets, or electronic systems.
  • Exposure to U.S. healthcare, clinical, or ABA environments is advantageous but not required.
  • BPO experience is a bonus.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (EST, CST, or PST), including afternoon or evening shifts in South Africa.
  • Reliable remote-work setup with fibre internet of at least 25 Mbps, backup power for loadshedding, and a dedicated professional workspace.
