Description

  • Pull daily reports from the Rethink platform to identify unsubmitted or unverified session notes from the previous day.
  • Contact Registered Behaviour Technicians by email, phone, or text to remind and assist them with completing session notes.
  • Use existing email templates to support consistent follow-up communication.
  • Identify technical issues or other barriers preventing timely session note submission.
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of follow-up communications and outcomes.
  • Manage a high volume of daily interactions while remaining approachable and respectful.
  • Support compliance by building positive working relationships with field staff.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the U.S. healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices and the role of Registered Behaviour Technicians is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems; experience with the Rethink platform is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey reminders and instructions clearly and empathetically.
  • Ability to manage a large volume of daily follow-ups without overlooking any RBTs.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to identify issues blocking session note submission and collaborate on solutions.
  • Approachable and friendly interpersonal style that supports positive relationships with field staff.
  • Understanding of ABA terminology and the importance of session notes in client progress tracking is preferred.
  • Experience in a compliance or quality assurance role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different personalities and situations is preferred.

  • Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM South African time, subject to daylight savings).
