Description

  • Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI automations and intelligent workflows.
  • Develop and maintain multi-agent systems using AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Build LLM-powered business solutions using leading AI technologies.
  • Integrate AI agents with APIs, CRM platforms, messaging tools, document generation tools, and other business systems.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain secure AI environments using Docker and modern deployment practices.
  • Debug, optimize, and continuously improve AI workflows after deployment.
  • Work with business stakeholders to scope automation opportunities and estimate technical effort.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions that improve business efficiency.
  • Deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Commercial experience designing, building, and deploying production-ready AI automations, AI agent workflows, or LLM-powered applications.
  • Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor AI.
  • Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or n8n.
  • Strong experience building and integrating REST APIs.
  • Experience working with Docker and modern deployment practices.
  • Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside in South Africa and work fully remote.
  • Must be available Monday to Friday from 14:30 to 23:00 South African time, with possible daylight savings changes.
  • Must work South African public holidays, with compensation in accordance with the BCEA.
  • Must have a fixed fibre internet line with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed and wired Ethernet capability.
  • Must have reliable backup power to handle load shedding or outages.
