Description

  • Lead complex, vision-led sales cycles with NHS executive stakeholders, including COOs, CDIOs, CFOs, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Own a portfolio of strategic NHS opportunities and move deals from identification through procurement, governance, and close.
  • Develop robust financial models and business cases in Google Sheets or Excel to quantify ROI and operational impact.
  • Use existing NHS relationships and sector knowledge to open doors and navigate complex stakeholder and procurement routes.
  • Feed structured market insight back into the business to inform commercial strategy and the product roadmap.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Delivery teams to ensure commercial commitments align with clinical reality.
  • Shape conversations around system-wide impact and the value of Isla deployments beyond product features.
  • Drive revenue performance by improving the company’s ability to win large NHS deals.

Requirements

  • Experience selling heavily into the NHS at scale or working within the NHS in a senior capacity.
  • Strong understanding of NHS decision-making, governance, and procurement processes.
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to build financial models and business cases independently.
  • Experience pitching to or working directly with NHS executives such as COOs and Medical Directors.
  • Ability to navigate long, complex enterprise sales cycles and position solutions against national and regional priorities.
  • Track record of leading large consultative deals or transformation programmes within healthcare.
  • Strong executive presence, credibility, and confidence in senior stakeholder conversations.
  • Existing NHS network and 'insider' credibility (preferred).
  • Passion for improving patient healthcare and solving large-scale problems.
