Description

  • Lead, scale, and inspire the engineering team while building a high-performance culture.
  • Own the engineering function and balance rapid weekly delivery with strong quality standards.
  • Plan and execute the technology roadmap to maintain system stability and performance as the platform grows.
  • Drive technical strategy in partnership with product leadership to support business goals and international expansion.
  • Refine engineering practices such as CI/CD, testing, and code review standards.
  • Work with engineering managers to translate the product roadmap into technical plans.
  • Ensure the technical infrastructure supports fast iteration and reliable scale.
  • Support team growth through hiring, tooling improvements, and professional development investments.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Clinical, and Growth teams.
  • Report to the cofounder CTO and contribute to the leadership team’s technical direction.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an engineering leader.
  • Strong focus on quality and execution in a high-performing team environment.
  • Deep technical understanding of Angular and/or GCP, ideally both.
  • Ability to make strategic technical decisions and communicate them clearly.
  • Experience leading teams in a high-growth or rapidly scaling environment is preferred.
  • Comfort operating in a high-autonomy, high-scrutiny environment.
  • Interest in healthcare, interoperability, or mission-driven product work is preferred.
