Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain serverless backend applications using PHP and Node.js.
  • Build REST API endpoints for predictive models, analytics services, and customer-facing applications.
  • Create and maintain OpenAPI specifications and API documentation.
  • Develop parsing and transformation logic to extract structured data from raw inputs.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain database schemas, queries, and performance in MySQL and Databricks.
  • Integrate applications with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Parameter Store, RDS, and CloudWatch.
  • Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS, and EventBridge.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment processes, and code reviews.
  • Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP and Node.js/JavaScript with object-oriented programming.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, and CloudWatch.
  • Strong experience with relational databases, schema design, and query optimization.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of regex patterns and data parsing techniques.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka, SNS/SQS, and EventBridge.
  • Experience with Git version control and CI/CD workflows.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices including automated deployment and testing.
  • Experience with vulnerability management and secure coding practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger and API documentation tools (preferred).
  • Experience with Databricks, Spark, or distributed data platforms (preferred).
  • Exposure to machine learning or AI integrations such as OpenAI or similar APIs (preferred).
  • Experience working in infrastructure, utilities, land management, or analytics domains (preferred).
  • Familiarity with modern AI engineering frameworks or agent-based systems (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
