Description

  • Lead and mentor the content production team, providing direct oversight and guidance on day-to-day deliverables.
  • Design scalable, automated ClickUp workflows that serve as the agency’s single source of truth.
  • Integrate generative AI tools into the production process to speed up drafting and reduce operational overhead.
  • Serve as the operational bridge between Content Strategy, Content Engineering, and Creative teams.
  • Own end-to-end content production workflows across written, video, audio, visual, and interactive formats.
  • Manage project budgets from initial estimates through final reconciliation.
  • Oversee staffing models and coordinate a vetted roster of global freelancers and partners.
  • Protect deadlines and creative quality across hybrid teams while maintaining high accountability.
  • Help build and refine production infrastructure and standards for a growing content production discipline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing workflows and systems for high-polish, on-time delivery across multiple formats.
  • Experience managing direct reports and mentoring team members.
  • Background in a fast-paced creative agency or production house.
  • Experience producing editorial content, web design/dev, motion design, and live-action branded video.
  • Experience producing digital marketing assets for enterprise-level clients.
  • Mastery of ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Figma.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, structured data, or data-informed creative.
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally within siloed or complex organizations.
