Description

  • Manage end-to-end patient cases for TIL therapy from referral through post-infusion.
  • Serve as a primary contact and trusted advisor for patients, caregivers, and providers.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on TIL therapy workflows, including tumor procurement and manufacturing coordination.
  • Collaborate with authorized treatment centers and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Partner with internal teams to align on time-sensitive treatment milestones.
  • Identify and resolve barriers to therapy access.
  • Track critical milestones across the autologous treatment process.
  • Support site onboarding and share best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain current knowledge of IovanceCares objectives, processes, regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant healthcare or biopharma experience.
  • Direct experience with TIL therapy, such as Amtagvi, or closely related workflows.
  • 2+ years of case management or care coordination experience in oncology.
  • Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive cases independently.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work across matrixed teams.
  • Experience supporting Amtagvi or other cell therapies, preferred.
  • Clinical background such as RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or MSW, preferred.
  • Experience in solid tumor oncology, preferred.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing-dependent therapies, preferred.
  • Experience in patient access and reimbursement, preferred.
  • Experience in regulated environments, preferred.
  • Multilingual skills, such as Spanish, preferred.
  • Availability to occasionally travel during site onboarding or as needed, less than 10%.

  • Annual base salary range of $145,000 to $160,000 USD.
