Description

  • Lead end-to-end corporate IT projects, including IAM, M&A, AI, office expansions, application integrations, and infrastructure and networking upgrades.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and timelines.
  • Coordinate IT support with cross-functional partners such as Security and Legal.
  • Manage IT workstreams for mergers and acquisitions, including integrating systems, networks, and applications from acquired companies.
  • Define project scope, build project plans, manage resources, and track delivery against schedule and budget.
  • Design and implement an IT project intake process to prioritize new requests and manage the department portfolio.
  • Evaluate ad hoc requests to determine scope, impact, and whether they should be routed or converted into new projects.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage external vendors and contractors and oversee project budgets.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including technical requirements, status reports, and project plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a technical project manager in a corporate IT environment.
  • Experience with IAM integrations, mergers and acquisitions, or infrastructure/networking projects is a major plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of corporate IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, cloud services, and security protocols.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Comfort working in environments with shifting requirements and priorities.
  • Direct experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
  • Experience using software or ticketing systems for project intake and tracking is preferred.
  • Experience using a wiki to document project information and publicize IT projects is preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Person or otherwise meet U.S. export control and government contract requirements for certain technical work.
