Description

  • Build and maintain scalable backend systems supporting machine learning operations and data-processing pipelines.
  • Design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure for production ML models.
  • Support client-facing deployments and improve workflows for machine learning solutions.
  • Investigate and solve complex technical problems independently to improve system capabilities and performance.
  • Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to integrate AI technologies.
  • Work directly with clients on use-case discovery, product development, and AI deployment.
  • Contribute to research and development of tools that improve AI capabilities and workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience focused on ML engineering and deploying models in production.
  • Extensive full-stack development experience, particularly with backend systems supporting AI/ML workloads.
  • Professional experience working directly with clients on use-case discovery, product development, and client engagements.
  • Strong Python proficiency and deep expertise in LLMs, AI agents, and ML model development.
  • Experience designing and deploying scalable ML systems, including RAG pipelines and production-grade AI applications.
  • Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and cloud operations for ML workloads.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and other container management tools.
  • Ability to write organized code and automated unit and end-to-end tests.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL persistence models.
  • Experience with MLOps and DevOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to work independently in unstructured environments with a proactive, investigative approach.
  • Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of R$249,000–R$409,000 BRL, adjusted by location and level.
