Description

  • Develop and deliver new features for Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and integrations.
  • Maintain existing Salesforce functionality, including Apex, legacy Aura components, and flows.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce environments for development, QA, and implementation teams.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues in production environments.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of complex product implementation requests.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews.
  • Follow Salesforce development, security, and code quality best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce in a technical role.
  • Familiarity with standard Salesforce design and architectural patterns.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including flows, custom metadata, profiles and permission sets, and sharing models.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, and optimization for high-volume environments.
  • Experience writing LWC components and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience writing Apex unit tests, batch/queueable Apex, and APIs.
  • Understanding of integration basics, including security considerations, authentication processes (OAuth, Auth0), and API design.
  • Solid understanding of SOQL and Salesforce’s database model.
  • Experience with an IDE that supports Salesforce development and version control tools such as Git/GitHub.
  • Experience working with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience working within an Agile development cycle.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment and learning from others.
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning within the Salesforce space.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 required; Platform Developer 2 preferred.
