Description

  • Lead execution and delivery for the ML Security team in collaboration with research, product, and technical partners.
  • Make architectural and technical decisions while staying hands-on through code reviews and design input.
  • Mentor engineers and support their growth, engagement, and development.
  • Build machine learning solutions from data exploration through production deployment and monitoring.
  • Drive iteration on existing and new products and help execute team roadmaps.
  • Act as a technical lead when needed and engage engineers and researchers in technical discussions.
  • Prioritize and coordinate team work across multiple engineering initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong machine learning, data science, or engineering background with production ML experience.
  • Engineering management and/or tech lead experience.
  • Ability to engage engineers and researchers on technical topics.
  • Experience with high-availability systems, Python, ML pipelines, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with MLOps, ML systems, and large-scale internet-facing applications.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate engineering team work.
  • Pre-employment screening, including third-party verification of work history, education, and identity.
  • Final in-person interview and identity verification in the candidate’s country of residence.
