Description

Lead execution and delivery for the ML Security team in collaboration with research, product, and technical partners.
Make architectural and technical decisions while staying hands-on through code reviews and design input.
Mentor engineers and support their growth, engagement, and development.
Build machine learning solutions from data exploration through production deployment and monitoring.
Drive iteration on existing and new products and help execute team roadmaps.
Act as a technical lead when needed and engage engineers and researchers in technical discussions.
Prioritize and coordinate team work across multiple engineering initiatives.

Requirements

Strong machine learning, data science, or engineering background with production ML experience.
Engineering management and/or tech lead experience.
Ability to engage engineers and researchers on technical topics.
Experience with high-availability systems, Python, ML pipelines, and distributed systems.
Experience with MLOps, ML systems, and large-scale internet-facing applications.
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to prioritize and coordinate engineering team work.
Pre-employment screening, including third-party verification of work history, education, and identity.
Final in-person interview and identity verification in the candidate’s country of residence.
