Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in Go.
  • Build and support REST and gRPC APIs.
  • Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
  • Work with PostgreSQL and optimize database interactions.
  • Own services through the full lifecycle from design and implementation to deployment and production support.
  • Ensure scalability, high availability, reliability, and performance of backend systems.
  • Write and maintain backend tests.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot services using Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Collaborate with distributed international teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Contribute to AI-powered functionality integrations where applicable.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of overall commercial software development experience.
  • 2+ years of production experience with Golang.
  • Strong understanding of Go concurrency, including goroutines and channels.
  • Experience with microservice architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with gRPC and REST APIs.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with Docker.
  • Understanding of scalability, high availability, and backend system reliability.
  • Experience with backend testing.
  • Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • 3+ years of production experience with Go (nice to have).
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance projects (nice to have).
  • Experience designing backend architecture (nice to have).
  • Experience with AI integrations (nice to have).
  • Experience owning services from initial design through production support (nice to have).
