Description

  • Perform daily cash positioning and consolidation across multiple bank accounts and legal entities.
  • Maintain short-term cash flow forecasts and liquidity models to optimize working capital.
  • Manage invoice intake, approval workflows, and payment runs in Stampli.
  • Initiate and verify wire transfers, ACH payments, and internal book transfers in line with authorization policies.
  • Support bank account opening, maintenance, signer updates, and user access management.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and internal treasury controls across payment systems and banking activities.
  • Partner with Accounting during monthly and quarterly closes to reconcile cash activity and resolve bank discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual payment routines, streamline reporting, and improve system integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, accounts payable, or financial operations.
  • Hands-on experience with treasury management systems such as Kyriba, AP automation tools such as Stampli, and enterprise banking portals.
  • Strong financial modeling skills in Google Sheets and Excel, with experience in cash positioning and cash flow forecasting.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits for executing high-dollar financial transactions under fixed deadlines.
  • Commitment to ethical stewardship, operational authenticity, and a collaborative team culture aligned with Intersect's values.
  • Located within 60 miles of one of Intersect's hub locations is preferred.

  • Total compensation of $112,000-$130,000 USD, including base salary plus bonus.
