Description

  • Own transportation planning and traffic study coordination from early-stage development through construction start across multiple projects.
  • Define routing, site access, and infrastructure strategies that align with project schedules, constructability, and cost considerations.
  • Ensure transportation scope is integrated into project development, EPC contracting, and execution plans.
  • Oversee external consultants conducting transportation engineering studies, road surveys, and traffic impact analyses.
  • Review and validate technical outputs, including traffic flow modeling, routing feasibility, and infrastructure constraints.
  • Translate study findings into actionable recommendations for design and execution teams.
  • Develop roadway, intersection, congestion mitigation, and public infrastructure improvement strategies.
  • Support construction logistics and traffic management planning for safe and efficient project delivery.
  • Partner with internal teams, contractors, OEMs, public agencies, and other stakeholders to align transportation strategy.
  • Perform QA/QC on third-party deliverables and support budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling for transportation scope.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of civil engineering experience, including at least 2+ years focused on transportation engineering and traffic studies.
  • Experience managing transportation or traffic impact studies and coordinating with external consultants and public agencies.
  • Familiarity with traffic analysis methodologies, roadway design considerations, and construction logistics planning.
  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with ownership of scope, schedule, and budget across multiple concurrent efforts.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical analyses and translate them into practical, real-world decisions with a commercial lens.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, balancing technical and non-technical perspectives.
  • Clear and effective communication skills across technical teams, contractors, and external agencies.
  • High attention to detail, proactive ownership, and a collaborative work style in a fast-paced environment.

  • $145,000 to $155,000 base salary plus a 30% bonus.
