Description

  • Assist in developing and maintaining APIs used by the credit engines.
  • Support the creation and evolution of processing jobs and internal automation routines.
  • Collaborate on mapping technical demands with the team and stakeholders.
  • Participate in documenting processes, workflows, and technical decisions.
  • Work with more experienced engineers on code reviews and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems with a focus on quality, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of programming logic and object-oriented programming.
  • Familiarity with or interest in developing with Python.
  • Curiosity to understand complex systems and business rules.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn as part of a team.
  • Organization to handle multiple demands and processes.
  • Previous experience developing APIs, such as REST, is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of relational or non-relational databases is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of code versioning with Git is preferred.
  • Interest in or early exposure to financial systems or credit models is preferred.
  • Participation in academic, personal, or open-source projects is preferred.
