Description

  • Develop C++ software for a demanding cloud-based audio/video processing service.
  • Work within and help understand a complex cloud-based AV system.
  • Implement features and fix bugs as directed by the project leader.
  • Ensure new code is tested and working before release.
  • Use GitLab to commit code and update progress through the code management and issue logging system.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a small, dynamic project team with ambitious targets.
  • Contribute to optimizing GPU code in a cloud-platform context.

Requirements

  • High proficiency in C++ with a strong object-oriented programming background.
  • Experience with engineering software development best practices.
  • GPU programming and CUDA experience.
  • Experience developing high-performance or real-time C++ software.
  • Experience working on both Linux and Windows.
  • AV or broadcast knowledge or experience.
  • Cloud-based processing knowledge or experience is preferable.
  • Motivation to work as part of a small, dynamic project team.
  • Experience optimizing GPU code, ideally in the context of cloud platforms.
