Description

  • Monitor provider coverage and capacity, identifying territory coverage needs.
  • Source, recruit, vet, and transition qualified providers to Compliance for onboarding and activation.
  • Support Compliance Specialists throughout provider application and activation processes.
  • Train, coach, influence, and hold providers accountable to company standards and processes.
  • Review business metrics, identify performance opportunities, and implement action plans.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with providers to discuss best practices and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate store visits with lead generators and store management to build relationships.
  • Identify, document, and share best practices across lead generation, sales, installation, and service.
  • Refine processes to improve efficiency and automation for internal teams and external partners.
  • Communicate and execute new initiatives, programs, and policies in the field, while assisting with service issue resolution.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of retail or related experience.
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly.
  • Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels, including executive and C-level leaders.
  • Strong organization, time management, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing or competing priorities.
  • Must live within reasonable proximity to a major airport and travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, project management, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the home improvement industry (preferred).
