Description

  • Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery for Meals & Health initiatives.
  • Design cohesive journeys across home, browse, and personalized feed experiences.
  • Define experience frameworks for key moments such as onboarding, first orders, and meal-planning adoption.
  • Create flows, user interfaces, and content hierarchy that support health goals and household needs.
  • Explore AI-assisted prototyping, agentic interactions, and conversational interfaces within the design system.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, Marketing, and Brand to shape requirements and ship outcomes.
  • Plan or support research on meals, nutrition, and lifecycle behaviors, then synthesize findings into design opportunities.
  • Mentor cross-functional partners on journey-based, principle-driven design thinking.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile.
  • A portfolio of shipped, high-impact work with measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in interaction design and visual design.
  • Strong fluency in design systems, information architecture, and content hierarchy.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear design frameworks and shipped product experiences.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Science through discovery, iteration, testing, and launch.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Google Slides.
  • Experience incorporating generative AI tools into the design process.
  • Experience presenting work and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and creating structure from loosely defined opportunities.
  • Familiarity with meal planning, nutrition, health goals, or allergy/restriction management is preferred.
  • Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, grocery, CPG, or subscription products is preferred.
  • Experience designing high-visibility surfaces such as home feeds, personalized browse, and merchandising placements is preferred.
  • Background in onboarding, activation, and retention journeys is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted prototyping and agentic or conversational interface design is preferred.
  • Ability to influence outcomes on multi-team initiatives without direct authority is preferred.

  • Highly market-competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Base salary range of $203,000-$214,000 for CA, NY, CT, and NJ.
  • Base salary range of $194,000-$205,000 for WA.
  • Base salary range of $185,000-$195,500 for OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, and HI.
  • Base salary range of $169,000-$178,500 for all other states.
  • Eligible for a new hire equity grant.
  • Eligible for annual refresh equity grants.
