Description

  • Support the discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP O2C modules, HighRadius, and related billing platforms.
  • Partner with senior business systems analysts and project leads to ensure solutions meet functional, compliance, and business requirements.
  • Document requirements, configurations, test results, and process changes to support auditability and system readiness.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales/Operations, IT, Product, and Engineering to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  • Work with operational support counterparts to resolve system issues and incorporate user feedback into enhancements.
  • Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to keep projects aligned and clear.
  • Identify opportunities to improve O2C efficiency through automation, standardization, and Oracle capabilities.
  • Help ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Stay current on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and contribute ideas for adopting new O2C features.
  • Participate in enablement sessions, workshops, and team knowledge sharing, with exposure to AI and automation use cases.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial systems, ERP, or business systems roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP O2C modules.
  • Experience contributing to ERP or O2C implementations, including design, testing, and deployment support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to create clear documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
  • Open to feedback, mentorship, and continuous learning.
  • Experience with Salesforce, billing or revenue platforms, or collections tools such as HighRadius (preferred).
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or tools like OIC (preferred).
  • Interest in automation, AI-enabled processes, or advanced reporting in financial systems (preferred).
  • Oracle Financials Cloud: Receivables Certified Implementation Professional certification (preferred).

  • Competitive compensation with a Canadian base salary range of $111,000–$117,000 CAD.
