Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of the martech domain to qualify prospect goals and requirements.
  • Articulate Insider One’s value proposition to prospects as a solution consultant and trusted advisor.
  • Contribute to sales strategy by connecting prospect needs with Insider One’s platform and products.
  • Create personalized demos and presentations for both business and technical audiences.
  • Lead internal coordination for the technical portions of RFIs and RFPs.
  • Stay current on the product roadmap and new features, and share market insights with Product Management.
  • Support the handoff of new clients to the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Help the sales team build personalized decks and use cases when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineer.
  • Strong mix of technical expertise and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to capture requirements, develop solutions, and articulate business value.
  • Successful track record of selling SaaS applications into complex enterprise environments.
  • Technical understanding of SaaS solutions, architecture, modern business applications, development frameworks for web and app, and integrations via APIs.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders with different backgrounds to solve technical and business problems.
  • Self-starter with strong multitasking skills and a commitment to high execution standards.
  • Experience working in pre-sales or other roles requiring technical and commercial collaboration is preferred.
