Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and face of Insider One for DACH clients during onboarding and early adoption phases.
  • Assess client needs and recommend the platform features and product configurations that best meet their goals and expectations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor customer onboarding activities to drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain key account/onboarding plans that identify opportunities to increase customer value and product usage.
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product specialists to resolve technical issues and ensure clients have full technical support.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to customers, building and maintaining executive-level relationships and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Prioritise and drive resolution of escalated customer issues and plan strategies to help customers meet their objectives.
  • Proactively gather and provide feedback on market trends, unmet customer needs, and product improvements; contribute product ideas to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, project management, or strategic consulting.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, including at the executive level.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and German, with confident phone skills and active listening.
  • Self-motivated and technically savvy with the ability to learn product capabilities and suggest technical solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product specialists.
  • Superior project and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness.
  • Ability to work flexibly and perform in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset and genuine care for client success (aligned with company ethos).
