Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across protocol, infrastructure, tooling, and ecosystem integrations.
  • Translate engineering roadmaps into executable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Serve as the central coordination point across engineering, architecture, product, governance, security, infrastructure, and external partners.
  • Align internal teams and vendors on scope, timelines, testing responsibilities, and go-live criteria.
  • Ensure technical requirements are documented, understood, and met across stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage technical and operational risk across distributed systems.
  • Ensure clear expectations and timelines for partner and ecosystem testing.
  • Oversee execution of technical partnership agreements and vendor deliverables.
  • Track performance, surface risks early, and drive resolution.
  • Provide structured updates to leadership on progress, risks, decisions, status, and next steps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in highly technical environments.
  • Strong working understanding of blockchain systems, including L1/L2s, validators, nodes, wallets, and infrastructure.
  • Experience managing programs involving distributed systems, production launches, and external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, shifting requirements, and parallel workstreams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working with engineering artifacts such as technical specs, GitHub, and release plans (nice to have).
  • Experience with technical partnership execution and vendor management (implied by the role).
  • Ability to work remotely with a minimum daily 2-hour overlap with either US or EU working hours.
