Description

  • Maintain a pipeline of AI automation opportunities sourced from business units, executives, and stakeholder discovery.
  • Build quantified business cases that estimate ROI through cost savings, revenue lift, hours offloaded, and quality improvements.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped automation candidates with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Build functional prototypes of agents and automations using modern AI tooling, including LLM coding assistants, agent frameworks, prompt libraries, and skill libraries.
  • Validate or invalidate business cases by delivering working prototypes to stakeholders within days rather than quarters.
  • Iterate prototypes based on real user feedback before engineering investment is approved.
  • Produce demo-ready artifacts that support executive decision-making.
  • Hand off validated prototypes to engineering with clear specifications, success criteria, and stakeholder context.
  • Deliver monthly executive reports on pipeline health, active initiatives, and realized impact.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to compare projected versus actual ROI and capture lessons learned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, product operations, or analyst roles.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent tooling, including prompting, evaluations, and workflow orchestration.
  • Prepared to walk through a prototype you have built.
  • Working proficiency in Python and SQL for querying databases, parsing API responses, manipulating structured data, and debugging agent workflows.
  • Strong financial acumen, including ROI modeling, sensitivity analysis, and cost-benefit frameworks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to executives and engineers.
  • Curiosity, bias toward action, and comfort operating with incomplete information in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with modern agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or MCP, or equivalent, preferred.
  • Domain knowledge in a compliance-heavy industry such as healthcare, financial services, or insurance preferred.
  • Background in product management, business operations, or technology consulting preferred.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, or highly regulated industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Base compensation range of $95,000 to $144,000 USD.
  • May be eligible for performance-based incentives.
  • Benefits package may include health insurance, life insurance, and company-paid disability coverage.
