Description

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade web applications using JavaScript and React.
  • Architect and implement advanced server-side rendering solutions using Next.js or custom Node.js rendering pipelines.
  • Work with and adapt to multiple template engines and rendering approaches based on client requirements.
  • Design reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI component libraries.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js when needed.
  • Optimize rendering performance across client-side and server-side environments.
  • Ensure SEO and performance best practices in SSR-based applications.
  • Collaborate with architects, backend teams, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in front-end development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Advanced experience with React.js and the modern React ecosystem, including Hooks, Context API, and advanced state management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js in full-stack or SSR environments.
  • Deep understanding of Server-Side Rendering, hydration, caching strategies, and the rendering lifecycle.
  • Proven experience working with multiple template engines and server-side rendering frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration with backend services.
  • Experience in performance optimization for large-scale web applications.
  • Extensive experience with Next.js or similar SSR frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience with TypeScript in large-scale applications (preferred).
  • Knowledge of modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Babel, plus performance tuning (preferred).
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps collaboration (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategies in SSR applications (preferred).
  • Experience in enterprise or multi-client delivery environments (preferred).
  • Experience mentoring teams and leading technical initiatives (preferred).
