Description

  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Delivery leaders to manage business operating rhythms, including reviews, planning cycles, and key initiatives.
  • Track OKRs, KPIs, and strategic priorities as part of the performance management framework, ensuring consistent reporting and follow-through.
  • Drive cross-functional programs by coordinating deliverables, owners, and timelines across multiple teams.
  • Prepare executive-level materials such as program updates, dashboards, and leadership presentations to support decision-making and alignment.
  • Identify operational gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions to improve execution speed and quality.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, synthesize outcomes, and ensure actions and risks are clearly owned and resolved.
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders by engaging, influencing, and challenging where needed.
  • Bring consulting-level rigor to project structure, communication, and storytelling to improve team performance and visibility.
  • Support execution accountability and help translate strategy into action across the business.
  • Monitor progress against key goals and help ensure teams deliver on commitments.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, strategic operations, or program management, ideally within healthcare or technology.
  • Strong communication skills with executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Ability to distill complex information into concise, actionable insights.
  • Analytical, structured, and proactive approach to managing multiple workstreams.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with both strategic and tactical responsibilities.
  • Passion for performance management and operational excellence.
  • Interest in shaping how a high-growth company measures success and scales impact.
  • Desire to move from presentation work to ownership and direct execution accountability.
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (preferred).
