Description

  • Create customer-facing documentation that clearly explains processes and workflows.
  • Document knowledge to reduce ambiguity and improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Convert tacit knowledge into documented, shareable knowledge.
  • Monitor data ingestion and analytics alerts.
  • Troubleshoot issues in assigned ingestion and analytics BAU tasks.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Follow JIRA processes to help avoid SLA breaches.
  • Analyze and resolve customer tickets.
  • Perform ETL troubleshooting for customer tickets and internal BAUs.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Python, with the ability to write SQL queries.
  • Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases.
  • ETL expertise in the healthcare domain is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a flexible startup environment focused on getting things done.
  • Willingness to work weekend, night, and rotational shifts if needed.
