Description

  • Own end-to-end commercialization of Innovaccer's managed services offerings, including defining the offering, pricing it, packaging it, and bringing it to market.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive services catalog with service descriptions, scope parameters, and delivery expectations.
  • Author and manage SKU definitions aligned to how sales teams configure and quote services deals.
  • Draft and maintain Statement of Work (SOW) templates that reflect deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Define pricing structures and models, including per-transaction, per-claim, and outcome-based constructs.
  • Partner with marketing on positioning, messaging, and collateral that drives services attach and pipeline.
  • Develop a structured adoption roadmap for AI and automation tooling across services operations.
  • Build internal business cases that quantify efficiency gains, error reduction, and capacity impact.
  • Conduct structured reviews of services workflows to identify inefficiencies and map them to AI or automation opportunities.
  • Map current-state workflows for coding, prior authorization, and billing at the step level, including decision points, business rules, and exception handling logic.
  • Own the services automation capability roadmap and coordinate requirements gathering across services delivery, engineering, clinical informatics, and compliance.
  • Lead sprint reviews, UAT planning, go-live readiness, and post-launch performance monitoring for automation releases.
  • Maintain weekly status reporting, track milestones and blockers, and prepare executive-level updates for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in health IT product management, services strategy, or RCM operations.
  • Deep familiarity with revenue cycle workflows, including prior authorization, medical coding, CDI, and denial management.
  • Working knowledge of payer operations, including EDI X12, FHIR R4, and Da Vinci implementation guides.
  • Hands-on experience with services commercialization, such as pricing, SKU design, SOW development, or go-to-market.
  • Experience with outcomes-based commercialization and growth enablement.
  • Demonstrated experience documenting workflows for automation development or AI-assisted automation.
  • Human-in-the-loop design experience is a plus.
  • Ability to evaluate automation feasibility and articulate trade-offs between RPA, rule-based logic, and ML approaches.
  • Experience driving adoption of new technology within clinical or operational teams.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Executive-level communication skills and strong written skills for SOWs, service descriptions, workflow specs, and business cases.
  • Strong project management instincts with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where structure is built, not inherited.
