Description

  • Develop prototypes and move early-stage data science ideas into production with senior team members and product stakeholders.
  • Own and expand core advertising measurement products.
  • Explore data and systems, run experiments, validate hypotheses, and propose product improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to advance causal inference and attribution capabilities.
  • Work with analysts and account managers to develop solutions that maximize marketing ROI.
  • Apply modern statistical, machine learning, and AI methods to large-scale datasets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field; graduate degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience applying marketing statistical models, Bayesian statistics, and causal inference to complex data-driven problems.
  • Strong understanding of modern data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in Python, data science libraries, and SQL, with an interest in writing production code.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present methodologies and findings to varied technical audiences.
  • Experience with Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI development tools.
  • Experience with agentic development.
  • Experience with Media Mix Modeling, cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP, BigQuery, digital advertising, or Spark preferred.
