Description

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications, websites, and landing pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Next.js.
  • Translate design mockups into interactive user interfaces that align with brand and user experience requirements.
  • Build reusable and scalable frontend components to support efficient development and consistency across projects.
  • Implement mobile-first responsive designs and ensure seamless functionality across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
  • Create and maintain responsive HTML email templates that render consistently across major email clients and devices.
  • Optimize websites, emails, and digital assets for performance, accessibility, SEO, and user engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and web development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues while continuously improving application performance and user experience.
  • Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code to ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and performance best practices.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, task estimation, progress tracking, source control, and deployment processes.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience designing and developing high-performance digital experiences across web, email, and IVAs.
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Next.js.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude Code and Codex.
  • Understanding of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and AI-driven user experiences.
  • Experience transforming creative concepts into pixel-perfect digital assets.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, user interface development, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and web development best practices.
  • Experience with Git and established version control and deployment processes.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or AEM for content management and custom styling (nice to have).
