Description

  • Serve as the internal contact for projects and act as an operational partner to the account team.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering marketing programs from brainstorming through execution.
  • Manage project process, resources, budgets, schedules, and overall project decisions.
  • Ensure projects follow established business processes and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Assess project feasibility based on scope and team training needs.
  • Identify project risks and course-correct to keep work on track.
  • Create project milestones, detailed schedules, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop estimates for labor hours and out-of-pocket expenses for new projects.
  • Partner with account services, finance, and resourcing teams to resolve budget and staffing issues.
  • Co-lead client status calls and manage vendor/agency partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Remote working PST or hybrid out of the San Francisco office.
  • 2+ years of project management experience working with creative teams.
  • Experience in a marketing agency or pharmaceutical marketing setting.
  • Experience managing budgets, developing timelines, and creating status agendas.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams of 10 to 15 people across strategic services, creative services, technology services, event planning, print production, and finance.
  • Ability to motivate teams to make decisions and commit to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently to complete projects on time and on budget.
  • Strong understanding of how work flows across departments and who does what, when, and how long execution takes.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative environment and coordinating with internal and external partners.
