Description

  • Serve as the brand voice expert and maintain consistency across written materials.
  • Mentor and develop Copywriters and Senior Copywriters in writing craft and strategic thinking.
  • Develop and refine messaging strategies and approvable copy aligned with brand positioning and market insights.
  • Collaborate with Art, Strategy, and Medical teams to integrate copy with visual storytelling.
  • Oversee messaging platforms across digital, print, social, and video channels.
  • Ensure copy meets regulatory requirements while maintaining creative quality.
  • Present and defend creative work to clients, regulatory teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry trends and evolve brand messaging accordingly.

Requirements

  • Experience as a master copywriter with the ability to craft impactful, compliant messaging across multiple channels.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience guiding creative teams.
  • Strategic understanding of how copy influences brand positioning, engagement, and behavior change.
  • Ability to adapt tone and voice for healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.
  • Strong editing skills with attention to clarity, accuracy, and regulatory and brand guidelines.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, strategists, and account leads.
  • Commitment to staying current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Fully remote availability and ability to work West Coast hours (PST).
  • Preference for candidates excited to work in healthcare marketing and communications.
