Description

  • Continuously enter, update, and facilitate order data from new assignments through closure.
  • Notify customers of court rejections and manage related order updates.
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalations while coordinating with customer support, customer success managers, and field affiliates.
  • Prepare and review urgent or special legal document orders for filing with the courts.
  • Apply knowledge of document requirements, filing procedures, and fee procedures for California Superior Courts and federal circuit courts.
  • Meet productivity goals and generate daily and weekly performance reports for management.
  • Develop and improve order-tracking and workflow systems to maximize efficiency and customer service.
  • Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and timely deployment of work orders.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years or more of legal or litigation support experience, or similar experience; California experience is preferred.
  • Process-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to new processes and changing priorities.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
  • Strong customer focus with decision-making that keeps internal and external customers in mind.
  • Solid computer and technical skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with Slack and Service Cloud is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must reside in the United States.
  • A positive attitude and sense of humor are a plus.
