Description

  • Conduct daily reviews of contractor performance indicators and service-level activity, and identify trends in availability, communication, and late performance.
  • Manage the payment inquiry queue by responding promptly, resolving straightforward issues, or routing cases to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Review contractor payment reports, including new payments, outstanding balances, and digital wallet transactions.
  • Monitor and update contractor credentials and profile information, including registration details, driver’s licenses, insurance documents, and communication preferences.
  • Maintain an active issues log and ensure consistent follow-up through resolution.
  • Review and respond to contractor notes in internal systems and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Answer the contractor support phone line for urgent in-field questions and determine the best path to resolution.
  • Monitor actionable emails such as signed affidavits, job-related questions, and payment requests.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including sourcing registration lists and creating contractor profiles and system access.
  • Participate in special projects and provide support on team initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience, preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or contractor management environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with contractors and internal staff.
  • Ability to identify issues and implement proactive solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with contractors and colleagues.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to operational standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
