Description

  • Lead the SAP PM workstream across S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and conversion programs.
  • Own end-to-end solution design for plant maintenance and asset management processes.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery of the PM scope across all project phases.
  • Manage dependencies and risks across PM, EAM, and integrated SAP modules.
  • Act as the primary trusted advisor for client stakeholders on SAP PM topics.
  • Lead executive-level discussions on maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and S/4HANA roadmap.
  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable SAP S/4HANA PM solutions.
  • Drive fit-to-standard and process harmonization discussions using SAP best practices.
  • Mentor and guide consulting teams during delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams in a multi-cultural, global delivery environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SAP S/4HANA consulting experience.
  • At least 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP PM.
  • Proven client-facing experience within a consulting environment.
  • Deep expert-level knowledge of SAP PM in S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and regulatory/compliance maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PM Fiori apps.
  • Solid integration knowledge across MM, WH, QM, FI/CO, and EWM.
  • SAP PM certification is an added bonus.
  • Working knowledge of Agile project delivery frameworks.
  • Experience working in global delivery models and with offshore resources.
  • Professional-level English and a proactive attitude.
  • No travel limitations.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
