Description

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical teams to identify and address IAM requirements across multiple sectors.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and compliant IAM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain the strategic vision and technical roadmap for IAM.
  • Serve as the technical authority for IAM decisions and provide escalation support to junior specialists.
  • Implement and manage identity governance and administration (IGA) capabilities, including provisioning, RBAC, and access certification.
  • Assess and mitigate identity and access risks using risk-based methods and security trade-off analysis.
  • Integrate IAM into enterprise architecture, organizational policies, technology selection, and development methodologies.
  • Drive Secure by Design practices throughout the system development lifecycle.
  • Perform access reviews, identity lifecycle management, and security testing across IAM solutions.
  • Review third-party IAM products and vendor offerings for alignment with internal security standards.
  • Advise on advanced IAM areas such as MFA, SSO, and PAM.
  • Monitor emerging IAM threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors to evolve solutions accordingly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IAM with strong technical depth and hands-on solution design and implementation experience.
  • Experience working with recognized consulting brands and large commercial sector clients.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of modern cryptography, PKI, and IAM best practices.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures, DevSecOps, microservices, and emerging IAM technologies.
  • Extensive experience in identity governance, access management, and advanced threat mitigation.
  • Expert-level knowledge of IAM frameworks and regulations such as ISO/IEC 27001/27002, NIST, NIS2, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
  • Proven experience managing IAM projects and balancing security, business, and operational needs.
  • Leadership experience mentoring technical teams across diverse IAM disciplines.
  • Experience with IAM automation and orchestration tools, including CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Strong cloud IAM architecture knowledge for hybrid, multi-cloud, and cloud-native environments.
  • Experience supporting SOC teams with IAM incident management and breach response.
  • Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Infosec, Cyber Security, or IT Security.
  • 1-5+ years of experience in cyber security or infosec.
  • CISSP or CISM certification.
  • Additional IAM or cloud security certifications such as AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).
  • Experience in pre-sales and bid writing for IAM engagements.
  • Experience leading IAM programs in complex, multi-sector environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Ability to gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate information for varied audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) and English at C2 level.
  • Willingness to travel for project-related work.
