Description

Manage full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management.
Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices.
Plan, prepare, and execute Fit-Gap and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
Design solutions and support adoption for identified gaps and business process improvements.
Coordinate system implementation with nearshore and offshore team members.
Act as a sparring partner for the client throughout the project.
Support project management responsibilities and delivery execution.
Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system design specifications.

Requirements

8-10 years of experience in SAP PP/QM or a related area.
2-5 full project lifecycle experiences working with SAP PP and QM.
Deep experience in Production Planning and Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications.
S/4HANA project experience and/or certification.
Experience with international template rollout projects is preferred.
Broad business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for different audiences.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) and English at C2 proficiency.
Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
