Description

  • Manage full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management.
  • Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute Fit-Gap and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
  • Design solutions and support adoption for identified gaps and business process improvements.
  • Coordinate system implementation with nearshore and offshore team members.
  • Act as a sparring partner for the client throughout the project.
  • Support project management responsibilities and delivery execution.
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system design specifications.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in SAP PP/QM or a related area.
  • 2-5 full project lifecycle experiences working with SAP PP and QM.
  • Deep experience in Production Planning and Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications.
  • S/4HANA project experience and/or certification.
  • Experience with international template rollout projects is preferred.
  • Broad business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for different audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) and English at C2 proficiency.
  • Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
