Description

  • Manage full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA in SAP Finance and/or Controlling.
  • Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices.
  • Plan, prepare, and facilitate Fit-Gap and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
  • Design solutions and support adoption for identified gaps and process improvement measures.
  • Ensure system implementation together with nearshore and offshore team members.
  • Act as a sparring partner for the client throughout the project.
  • Support project management responsibilities within client engagements.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in SAP FI/CO or a related area.
  • 3-5 full project lifecycle implementations in SAP FI/CO and/or FSCM.
  • Strong finance and controlling process knowledge with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications.
  • S/4HANA project experience and/or S/4HANA certification.
  • Experience in international template rollout projects is preferred.
  • Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information to different audiences.
  • Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel for project work.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
